Pirating: Sometimes we can’t blame it all on the consumer
Monday, January 21st, 2008

Software pirating has been happening for years, and it will continue to happen in the future. The thing is, pirating has been rising dramatically, and people are not buying software anymore because for some, it’s getting too expensive, for others it’s just easy to pirate software.

One of the main questions I’ve asked myself recently is, “Why pirating has increased in the past few years?” I might have come up with a theory on that. iPhone reception problems and AT&T

The iPhone is the greatest cellphone there is, no doubt about it. I have had so many cellphones, and this is by far the most advanced, user-friendly phone I’ve owned. Anyway, last time I spoke to a manager at AT&T, and he told me he was going to do the best he could to get some techs to check the towers near my area, haven’t heard from him since, and my reception hasn’t gotten any better.

Thursday, September 20th, 2007

One of the most disappointing features (or lack thereof feature, in this case) upon the purchase of Apple’s iPhone, was the inability to purchase, or in any form, add ringtones. Initially, the iPhone came equipped with 25 ringtones, all of which were some sort of special effect sound motif. (more…)
