AppZapper is a nifty utility created by Austing Sarner. It will literally Zap any application you no longer want, and remove any associated files with it. Generally, I would just remove any given application, by choosing it from my Applications folder, and trashing it. Sometimes I would get lazy and not do a search for the associated preferences, support files, etc, to trash them as well. I know many people do the same.If you want to remove several applications at once, AppZapper will do it for you. Simply drag the applications to the Drag-n-drop window, and it will parse everything for you, and display what files are associated with each application. If you still don’t get a clear idea of what AppZapper does, think of the Add/Remove program which is built-in to the Windows Operating System, but for Mac OS X.

I’ve used this app and it does the job. i was always looking for something that accomplished what window’s add remove program did. good stuff

  2. Michael Says:

Window’s add/remove programs does nothing except launch an uninstaller that was defined by an applications’ installer. If Mac programmers all wrote uninstallers we could have the same thing

Either way, its best to incorporate a vacation rental into the picture to ensure that all needs are taken care of as you enjoy your long overdue vacation. finland
